Privacy
Workiversary Reel runs entirely in your browser. Your employee file, logo, photos and video stay on your computer. We can't see them.
Check with your team first. Before using a third-party tool like this with employee data, check with your systems administrator and your internal privacy team.

Your stuff stays put
Nothing you add is uploaded. Your setup is saved in this browser so it's there next month. Clear your browser's data for this site and it's gone.
Who made a video
When you make one, we note your company and team name and how many people were in it, so we can see who's using this. Never your list, anyone's name, your logo or your email. No ads, no sharing.
Counting visits
We count page visits with Umami, running on our own computer: no cookies, and we don't keep your IP address. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.
Problem reports
If you hit a bug, Report a problem sends us a note, but only when you press Send, and you see all of it first. It never includes your list, photos, logo or company name, unless a screenshot you add shows them. If you choose to include your employee file, it's scrambled on your computer first, and we delete it once the bug is fixed. Here's that scrambling, live, on a made-up export:

What we'd get
Names, IDs, job titles, teams and emails become random letters and numbers of the same shape. Column names, start dates and statuses stay, because that's what we need to fix a reading problem.
